Where is Doona Resort?

We are at 112 Moo 4, Pa Phai Soi 4, Cho Lae, Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai 50150, around one hour north of Chiang Mai International Airport.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please contact the resort in advance if your arrival may fall outside these hours.

Is the resort suitable for families?

Yes. The family accommodation welcomes groups of up to six guests, with the pool, gardens, bicycles, and countryside close by.

What is the policy for children and extra beds?

Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 11 and above are priced as adults. An extra bed for guests aged 10 and above is THB 500 per stay, on request and subject to availability. Check the conditions of your selected room before booking.

Are pets, parties or events allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Private parties, celebrations and group events are welcome when arranged with Doona in advance. Please confirm the date, guest count, spaces, dining and any overnight stay directly with the resort. The accommodation policy separately excludes hen, stag or similar parties.

Is there a restaurant on site?

Yes. Breakfast is served daily, and lunch or dinner availability can be confirmed directly with the resort.

Can you help arrange transport?
